    Skaneateles Lakers softball after 2 losses had their first win of the season. Catcher, Ellie Walsh led the Lakers with 4 of their 14 hits. Senior, right fielder, Olivia Eller and senior, 2nd baseman, Skyler Simmons each added 3 a piece. Walsh had a double and Eller had a triple to help the Lakers in their 19-2 routing of the Homer Trojans. Sophomore pitcher, Grace Wager pitched 4 innings allowing only 2 runs adding 7 strike outs, while 8th grader Carly Schell pitched the final 2 innings allowing 0 runs and adding another 5 strike outs. It was an all around team effort by the Lakers. They are back in action tomorrow night against Phoenix.
